Bread
Bread is a baked-good made from mixing some kind of flour with some kind(s) of liquid, such as water, milk, eggs, and fermented by the action of microorganisms, such as yeasts and bacteria. Bread is one of the oldest man-made foods, dating back 30,000 years ago. It is a staple food in numerous cultures, with many different varieties in different places. Bread can also be used as an ingredient, such as breadcrumbs and as a binder for meatballs, for example. Some varieties of bread includes french baguette, italian ciabatta, chinese bao, indian roti, middle eastern pita, just to name a few.
