P90X
A workout video known for for its intensity. Released in 2004, P90X is a 90 day workout regimen which uses cross-training, periodization, as well as a nutrition and deitary suppliment plan. Created by Tony Horton, many experts of 12 different types of workouts were consulted. This became a world wide workout video, with individuals displaying their before and after photos.
